Trying to figure out if I need more than one pack of the human hair for crochet braids. Is one usually enough for a full head or should I grab two?

Depends on how full you want it! For really full crochet, two packs is usually better. One might be a bit sparse.

I always get two packs just to be safe. You can always use the extra later or for touch-ups. Better to have too much than not enough.

How's the return policy for wigs? What if it's not the right color or texture once I get it? Can I send it back?

You can return it, but there might be a restocking fee and it has to be unworn and in original packaging. Read the fine print on their site.

I returned a wig once because the color was off. They accepted it but I had to pay for shipping back. Make sure you don't cut the lace or anything!

Yeah, I dyed mine last month. It's real human hair so it should take color fine. Just treat it like your own hair.

I think for the human hair bulk it's usually able to be dyed. They say 'real human hair' so I'd assume so, but always do a strand test just in case. The synthetic stuff obviously not.

I got an HD lace wig from them and it's pretty good for the price. The lace is thin enough to melt and minimal shedding after a few washes.
